This memorandum of understanding (MOU) is made and entered into effective July 1, 2019, between Big Data Research Lab at the University of Waterloo (hereinafter BDRL) and Waterloo Independent Secondary School in Waterloo, ON (hereinafter WISS)

This MOU is to stimulate and facilitate the development of collaborative and mutually beneficial programs. Thus, BDRL and WISS have a agreed that in support of their mutual interests in the field of education and research, the two parties (BDRL and WISS) will cooperate in the exchange of information relating to secondary education teaching and will promote appropriate joint research activities and joint course design and development.
